Templates from other Knotbook users

A template is a .knottpl file exported from the desktop app. Download one and import it from the Templates section of the sidebar, or share your own.

How templates work

  1. In Knotbook, right-click a note and choose Save as template.
  2. In the Templates section of the sidebar, right-click the template, choose Export as .knottpl and pick where to save it.
  3. Sign in here and click Upload a template. A preview image helps others see what it contains.
  4. To use one, download the .knottpl file and click Import template in the Templates section.
